1. A standard press from the OP/OP 2M series, appropriately prepared for housing on the operating plate of the HYDROPAK module. The machine dimensions vary depending on the dimensional characteristics of the head and the number of components (runners and/or valve housings) to be fitted simultaneously.

2. One or more HYDROPACK modules to position on the operating plate (appropriately modified to allow the housing of the lower partof the thrust module). The modular structure of the Hydropack unit enables, with the preparation of an adequate number of modules, fitting on single and multi-cylinder engines. Thanks to communicating vessel logic, the hydro-pneumatic system enables optimum distribution of force on all application points, reducing the mechanical stress on the head.

3. A TRO control unit for the simultaneous monitoring during operation of the work performed by the individual fitting axes (see the section dedicated to the control system).
