Additional functions
with connection to PC
TRO Automation can be connected to PC by means of an USB port mounted on instrument.
WINSCOPE is the interface program that is installed on PC.
WINSCOPE has been designed to increase possibilities and easy use of instrument:

1) Simultaneous management
of several thrust axes (up to 16), setting the control, display and curve storage parameters in real time from just one PC. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
2) Graphic display:
WINSCOPE® designed to increase the capacity of the instruments, the software allows for the easy programming of the control parameters and provides an excellent display of the process curves (on the PC). |

|
|
|
|
|
3) Entering the parameters:
The control parameters can be entered and modified via the PC mouse and keyboard:
A. stop values.
B. process end limits on force and measurement.
C. allowance range.

|
4) Storing curves:
robust graphic/parametric functionality for the statistical analysis of production.
The size of the memory makes it possible to store several years of production. |

5) Production history:
For every part machined, WINSCOPE memorises the date, time and result of the operation in the PC memory.
In the case of non-conformities the reason for rejection is also indicated. |

6) Statistical analysis:
WINSCOPE includes powerful functionality for the statistical analysis of production. |

7) Database:
The production data can be stored in an ACCESS database. |
