Installation on new machines

When dealing with a newly built machine or during the design phase, Alfamatic offers the following type of service:

1. Advice when choosing the tool and sensors connected to it.
2. Installation of the tool on the machine and programming the control parameters.
3. Calibration of sensors and issue of the calibration certificate.
4. Training of staff who use the station.

Retrofitting

Restoring an old production machine (press, assembly station, etc.) to modern levels of efficiency and quality control is the prerogative of Alfamatic integrated instruments.
The installation and testing of appliances on the operating machine are carried out by our technicians on the customer’s premises, following this procedure:

1. Inspection of the machine to assess the type of sensors to apply and any adaptation devices required (fastening flange for force and position transducers, electricity supply to sensors and tool, etc.).
2. Installation on machine of tool and programming of control parameters.
3. Calibration of sensors and issue of the calibration certificate.
4. Training of staff who use the station.
