HYDRO-PACK is a multi-axis system for the simultaneous fitting of valve runners and housings in the Otto cycle motor heads.
HYDRO-PACK has been designed to reduce the complexity and consequent high costs of valve housing and runner fitting systems currently available on the market.
Thanks to combined use with the TRO electronic control system, HYDRO-PACK also sets new standards in pressing process control.
The hydropneumatic module with communicating vessels can be installed on a standard Alfamatic press of the OP 2M series or on any appropriately prepared press. The assembly process control is guaranteed by a TRO system for measuring stroke/force values, the multicurve control and, in real time, MULTISCOPE.
