All the presses produced by Alfamatic can be supplied complete with electronic systems for objectifying and controlling the pressing process.
Alfamatic makes both the hardware and software of the control equipment. In the definition of the functional features of the various tools, the features of every model of press to which the tools are dedicated are taken into consideration.
Alfamatic is also capable of customising the control tools so that they comply perfectly to specific production monitoring requirements.
The installation and programming of the tools along with the calibration of the measuring sensors, is performed at Alfamatic or on the customer’s premises.
