The simplicity of the control parameters programming procedure is one of the special features of the CHECK-POINT tool.
An example of step-by-step setting of the control values:
1) Setting the stop values.
The stoppage of the machine and the subsequent return to the idle position are controlled by CHECK-POINT.
The first operation necessary is the assignment of the force and/or stroke stop values.
2) Measuring
and memorising the curves for the production of a series of dimensionally controlled pieces.
3) Setting tolerance limits.
The stop value and subsequent force and/or stroke peak effectively reached by the machine may vary considerably. The tolerance limits check that this difference remains within preset values.
4) Positioning the CHECK-POINT
paying particular attention to the critical aspects of the process.
5) Control
of production through the set parameters. Quality is guaranteed on 100% of the pieces produced.
