To set the TRO Automation parameters it is necessary to use a personal computer connected through USB.
The interface program is WINSCOPE.
After completing the parameter setting phase it is possible to leave the computer connected to the tool, taking advantage of the benefits offered by this combination.
It is also possible to disconnect the computer from the tool: the control parameters are saved inside the module in a special non volatile memory; the tool will perform a process control on100% of production.

1) Connection to Personal Computer.
A PC connected to the tool by ISB is needed.
The interface program,WINSCOPE, is supplied in bundle with the tool. |

2) Programming.
It is now possible to enter and change the control parameters (stop values, tolerance limits and band) using Personal Computer mouse and keyboard; at the end of the operation the settings are transferred to the tool. |

Option A)
Starting processes with computer connected.
Production can be started with TRO Automation connected to the PC.
In this way it will be possible, not only to display the curve in real time, but also to exploit the additional potential offered by WINSCOPE. |

Option B)
Starting processes with tool only.
TRO Automation is capable of performing the process control without connection toPC (the control parameters are already saved in the module’s non volatile memory); the good or reject piece is communicated through the logic status of the outputs (connected directly to a light or acoustic signal). |
