Service and recurring maintenance
A quick and cheap repair service for Alfamatic components and systems. Starting from change of seals, up to complete overhaul, all operations are carried out by same technicians that usually assembly products.
The knowledge
of the products puts into quality in repair and quick service.
Please, before putting in touch with our service, it is advisable to get hold of the serial number of the product to be repaired (you will find it on the metal label fixed on every product we manufacture). .
Calibration of sensors
Calibration of load cells and encoders with issuing of calibration record.
Testing
Alfamatic can give advice about the size of presses and assembly systems:
1. Measurement of thrust.
2. Failure tests.
After tests, Alfamatic issues a document with results of test carried out.
