One of the special features of the HYDRO-PACK system is the possibility to independently monitor the assembly process of each valve housings and/or runners.
A position transducer and a pressure cell, installed on the single mini thrust axes, provide for the measurement of the force/movement values and the generation of the process curve related to every component assembled. |

The process curves are then controlled by the TRO system.
The program implements the multi window display function, in real time, of the curves resulting from the fitting of the valve housings and/or runners.
The example shows simultaneous display while fitting the valve runner in the single cylinder, four-valve motor.
