Guarantees effective control of the production process, enabling the programming, measuring and managing of the force values, instant by instant, on every single stage of the process.
The comparison between the values registered and the programmed parameters ensures constant quality in the production process. The system enables identification of the features of the pieces processed and interrupts the operating cycle to avoid or restrict damage to pieces being processed.

The architecture of the system is based upon an industrial PC equipped with a Pentium class processor. There is an electronic acquisition card housed inside which enables the PC to interface with the transducers installed on the machine.

1. Aluminium housing with protective rubber edging and rear door which can be opened for inspection and maintenance.
2. 12.1 inch active matrix LCD colour screen.
3. Membrane keyboard with 52 keys and IP65 certification.
4. IP65 certified mouse track-ball.
5. 3.5" floppy drive with protective plastic door.
