SERIES AP
Power groups consist essentially of an air cylinder and a built-in hydraulic intensifier. As a result, the total stroke can be subdivided into two distinct phases:
a low pressure fast approach stroke
a work stroke, where thrust is increased through the intensifier. When the moving ram meets a resistance at any point during its travel, the pressing stroke is engaged automatically.
