CSQ monitors the quality of 100% of the work performed by the production machines.
These are some of the advantages of their application in the assembly/monitoring processes:
COMPLETE MEASURING
The machine performs a complete processing cycle. At the end of the cycle the tool assesses the conformity of the piece produced (good or reject): any rejects may be replaced in several ways: reset for the subsequent cycle, acoustic or light signal, block of production with start-up code, collector with reset.

NON-DESTRUCTIVE MEASURING
For important and costly pieces: the press stops or cause the cycle to adopt emergency status at the first tolerance window which is not intersected.

PIECE DIMENSIONAL CONTROL
Where requested, the piece is checked before starting the assembly process. The tool checks that the component has the correct dimensional features

CONTROL AT VARIABLE HEIGHTS
When performing a process which must stay constant, even with dimensional changes of the piece on the contact point. The sensor contact(e.g.: pressure cell) on the piece indicates "0" on the encoder and recalls the press at the set penetration level.
